Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your custom grillz jewelry! Because each piece is handcrafted to fit your teeth perfectly, our shipping process involves a two-way fulfillment journey (delivering your mold kit and shipping your final custom jewelry).

Below are the detailed terms, timelines, and guidelines for our shipping process.

1. The Custom Process & Timeline Overview

To help you track your order, here is the chronological timeline from the day you place your order to the day you receive your shining smile:

  • Phase 1: DIY Mold Kit Delivery —— Sent within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Arrives in 3–5 days via USPS.
  • Phase 2: Mold Return —— Once you complete your teeth mold, we arrange a FedEx pickup at your door. Shipping back to our lab typically takes 2–3 days.
  • Phase 3: Design & Production —— We email your design preview within 5 days of receiving your mold. Once approved, artisan fabrication takes 20–25 days.
  • Phase 4: Final Product Delivery —— Your finished custom grillz will be securely shipped and arrive at your doorstep within 3–5 days.

💡 Total Estimated Time: You can expect to wear your custom grillz within approx. 30 days from your initial order date, depending on how quickly you return your molds.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Coverage: We currently ship to all valid U.S. addresses (including physical residential and business addresses).
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Due to the high value of custom jewelry and the nature of FedEx pickups, we strongly recommend providing a physical street address. We cannot ship final jewelry to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping Costs: * Standard fulfillment shipping (including the initial USPS Mold Kit delivery and final Grillz delivery) is displayed at checkout.
    • Bonus Convenience: The complementary FedEx door-to-door pickup service for returning your mold to us is fully managed and scheduled by us once your mold is ready.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking Numbers: You will receive a tracking number via email at two separate stages:
    1. When your DIY Mold Kit is shipped (USPS).
    2. When your finished Custom Grillz jewelry is dispatched (Insured Carrier).
  • Signature Required: Due to the high value of custom gold and diamond jewelry, all final grillz deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign for the package.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Insured Shipping: We secure and insure all final custom jewelry shipments.
  • Damaged In Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed successful delivery by the carrier, which is why signature confirmation is strictly enforced.

5. Address Changes

Because our process takes around 30 days, we understand you might need to update your address. You can update your shipping address for the final product at any time before fabrication finishes (within 15 days after we receive your mold).
